You've been to the trainings — now what? Day Two moves you from preparing to pursuing, with hands-on access to the system that navigates you to grants and federal contracts — without giving up ownership or taking on debt.

DAY 2 AGENDA (Thursday, November 12)

11:00 AM - Check-in & Registration. Badge pickup and light refreshments.

11:30 AM - Welcome & Opening Remarks. Moving from preparing to pursue, to pursuing with confidence.

12:00 PM - SGI Listening Session. Share your challenges and help shape contracting strategies for local suppliers.

1:00 PM - Access Funding Opportunities. A walkthrough of SGI’s e3p3 Grant Fund, with awards of $100K to $580K, no repayment, and no debt equity.

2:00 PM - Lunch. Lunch break, on your own.

2:45 PM - From Curriculum to Execution. Join an Execution Cohort: identify a target, build your capability statement, and pursue, write, and submit together.

3:45 PM - Influence What Comes Next. Provide input on how resources should be deployed, differently and more effectively.

4:30 PM - Closing Remarks & Networking. Open networking with speakers, funders, and fellow small business owners.
