WHAT IS COHORT TRAINING?
Cohort Training is SGI's small-group intensive program designed to take you from where you are right now to funded, structured, and growing, with the guidance of industry experts and a team behind you.
This is not a solo journey. You will work alongside other driven entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders in a focused, supported environment, with a clear path to your first (or next) grant, contract, or business milestone.

TRAINING BENEFITS
- Six, 2-hour coaching sessions (live on Zoom) tailored to your real-world challenges in accessing grants and building your own Grant FUND.
- Access to The e3p3 Grants Online Program, featuring 15 video lessons and a vault of resources making accessing grants and building your own Grant FUND.
- 15-minute monthly check-in calls with me (as needed) to ask questions and gain clarity.
- A "30, 60 and 90 Day Challenges" (of taking massive action) where you will be assisted in: - creating your first or next Fundable Grant Proposal(that you can use to secure funding from most foundations - using our proprietary e3p3 Grants Software/Platform to assist in finding Grants that support your specific business, idea, innovation, or program [take a peak of the capabilities of this software here on our YouTube Channel]

Track 1 — Grants Cohort
On Your Way to the Inner Circle: Grants
For entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders who want to identify, apply for, and win grant funding. You will build your Priority Passion Project, complete your grant readiness documents, and submit your first fundable proposal — with expert guidance throughout.
Best for: Nonprofits, social enterprises, and mission-driven businesses seeking foundation or government grant funding.
Track 2 — Federal Contracts Cohort
On Your Way to the Inner Circle: Federal Contracts
For businesses ready to pursue government contracting opportunities. You will get SAM.gov registered, build your capability statement, identify the right contract opportunities, and learn how to compete — and win.
Best for: Small businesses and service providers looking to diversify revenue through federal, state, or local government contracts.
