The 24
The 24 Executive Members of NRDC-IE are a powerful collective of women leaders, innovators, and changemakers who embody excellence in their fields. Together, they serve as catalysts for transformation — empowering nonprofit directors and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) leaders, and innovators to accelerate and sustain their organization and business growth - while maintaining 100% ownership!
These women are not only role models for equity and inclusion but also offer a value-added asset in being a driving force behind the growth of NRDC-IE memberships supporting the creation of $1B e3p3 Fund - created to empower the masses in reaching their 'Freedom #" and in 'owning their financial future'.
These 24 Executive Members are pioneers redefining, by example, how to use a system designed for us (the Vertical Integration System) and its e3p3 FUnd in creating a cycle of sustained advancement, collective empowerment, and debt free access to capital (Grants and Federal Contracts).
The 24 are empowered by the VIS to demonstrate the pathway for each of us in reaching our financial freedom # and sets the standard for what is possible when we go together, innovate, and dedicate ourselves to working together in doing good and doing well.
