The 24

The 24  Executive Members of NRDC-IE are a powerful collective of women leaders, innovators, and changemakers who embody excellence in their fields. Together, they serve as a catalyst for transformation — empowering nonprofit directors and small-to-medium enterprise (SME) leaders to rise, grow, and sustain their organizations.

These women are not only role models but also the driving force behind the NRDC-IE membership platform. The platform equips members with the tools, strategies, and resources necessary to achieve business growth and impact. As members of the platform grow, so do the 24, creating a cycle of advancement and collective empowerment.

The 24 will also be the first to reach financial freedom through the platform, setting the standard for what is possible when collaboration, innovation, and dedication intersect.



Requirements

To be considered as one of the 24 Business Executive Members, candidates must:

  • Attend an onsite orientation
    Commit to being present for an in-person introduction to the program, expectations, and collective mission.
  • Have influence in at least one of the E3 areas
    Demonstrate some level of influence or expertise in one of the E3 focus areas:
    • Environmental Sustainability (advancing green initiatives, climate resilience, or sustainability practices)
    • Economic Development (creating jobs, advancing innovations, or building market opportunities)
    • Equity (leading efforts in education, social justice, health, arts, or community services).
  • Have a Priority Passion Project
    Bring forward a personal or organizational project that aligns with their purpose and passion, serving as the foundation for their contribution and growth within the platform.
