How We Handle Compensation

We believe in fair, transparent pay for expert contributions. Rates are based on:

  • Level of experience
  • Type of service offered (e.g., strategy, writing, evaluation)
  • Project size and complexity
  • Time commitment

Most expert engagements range from $150–$175/hour, or $1,500–$10,000 per project. These ranges are published up front, and experts are able to negotiate within a published rate card during onboarding.

Qualifications Sought

We are looking for individuals that will best support our efforts that are:

  • Black (and Minority) Women that Have a demonstrated track record of expertise in a relevant field (7+ years preferred).
  • Minority Leaders (Men and Women) that can provide thought leadership and data-driven insights to support funding applications.
  • Minority Leaders (Men and Women) that have experience in supporting projects in our E3 focus areas: Environmental Sustainability, Economic Development, and Equity (including education, health, social services, justice, and arts/sports/entertainment).
  • Leaders of SMEs and NPOs that are committed to advancing funding opportunities and supporting impactful initiatives.
  • Leaders of SMEs and NPOs seeking additional revenue in moving one step forward towards reaching their Freedom$ # and owning their financial freedom.
