EXPERT BIOGRAPHY
Luvina Beckley brings over three decades of C-suite experience to the intersection of innovation, equity, and enterprise. She currently serves as the CEO and President of M.H.M. & Associates, a firm she founded and has grown into a $5M+ enterprise focused on strategy, grants, and systems change. Luvina is the architect of the widely adopted E3P3 Model, which integrates Environmental Sustainability, Economic Development, and Equity through effective Public-Private Partnerships.
Her leadership roots trace back to her early days as an NCAA National Championship Athlete and Coach of the Year in Women’s Basketball. This unique background informs her passion for team-building, performance under pressure, and delivering results in high-stakes environments. As one of the few Black women in the country to lead a multimillion-dollar enterprise for over three decades, Luvina represents the power of resilience and inclusive innovation.
Under her leadership, M.H.M. & Associates has secured over $225 million in grants and matching funds for various projects, including those focused on environmental sustainability, economic development, and equity in underserved communities. Notable initiatives include the $177 Million Dollar Campaign, which fosters public-private partnerships to create grant opportunities for often-overlooked organizations. Her firm has been recognized by both state and federal entities for its design and efficiency in improving communities.
Luvina also serves as Chairwoman of the National Resource Development Council for Inclusion and Equity (NRDC-IE), an organization she helped establish in collaboration with institutions like the University of Southern California and Loma Linda University. The council focuses on empowering entrepreneurs to tap into grants to grow their priority passion projects.
Her work spans infrastructure design, municipal consulting, community-based capacity-building, and developing sustainable economic ecosystems that work for all.
